In our drive to increase sustainability throughout our company, the welfare of our personnel is one of our main priorities. We want to provide a positive, healthy and safe working environment for each and every one of our team members in all of our ten global offices. This includes a Vitality Programme that we set up to help our employees improve their health by means of tailor-made workshops to support them in, for example, quitting smoking or losing weight. We also want to support any colleague who wants to further develop their professional skills; we do this by providing training courses via our in-house AEGIR-Marine Academy.

This award is based on honest employee feedback, a testament to our commitment to engagement and employer excellence.
